Personalized service to include taking only as many listings as we can personally support. We show our listings. We don't use lock boxes unless requested by home owner. We actually show all our listings. We learn as much about our listings as possible so we can show them properly and do service to our clients. For buyers, we get to know them as much as possible so we can ascertain more than the obvious "menu" of items they seek in a home. Their personalities, hobbies, etc. This allows us to more clearly define what they are really seeking. Instead of showing them 30 or 40 homes, which generally just confuses the buyer, we can narrow it down to under 10. This allows them to make good decisions in purchasing a home. We're a small company with a big heart. We love what we do so we do it with a greater energy and concern for our clients than the large companies, who deal in volume.
